SITE INFORMATION / 03
A transparent account of project authorship, photography, and publication rights.
Credit principles
CO-DE-SIGN aims to identify the designer, photographer, project team, client (when authorized), and image owner accurately. A portfolio feature should not imply that all work was completed by one person. Each public case study should identify the actual role and contributions.
Project permissions
Before publishing any client, employer, or collaborator materials, verify ownership, applicable agreements, confidentiality restrictions, rights to publish, third-party trademark uses, and any needed releases for identifiable people or private interiors. Written authorization is strongly preferred when rights are not plainly yours.
Published image credits
Project-by-project credits are being verified. Do not insert client names, ownership claims, or permission statements until confirmed.
Architectural work
Project, year, role, design team, photography, and publish authorization: to be verified.
CO-DE-SIGN website
Studio identity and website design/development: CO-DE-SIGN. Specific external assets should be attributed where required.
Photography
Location, work title, photographer, usage rights, and releases: to be verified.
Corrections and takedown requests
If you own or represent rights to any material shown on the site, or believe a credit is inaccurate, use the contact inquiry page. Identify the page and material in question and describe the issue; the request will be reviewed and addressed as appropriate.
Behind the Mark
The Behind the Mark case study documents real logo iterations, visual ideas, and the development of the CO-DE-SIGN identity. Trademark and copyright ownership claims depend on applicable law and any relevant agreements.
