Terms of Use.
How to use this website and interpret the portfolio and its content.
Purpose of the website
This website presents CO-DE-SIGN’s portfolio, creative process, and the types of services it may offer. It is general information, not an automatic offer or commitment to provide professional services.
Ownership and credits
Unless a project page says otherwise, site design, original writing, and the CO-DE-SIGN identity are presented as studio work. Individual project photographs, architectural designs, renders, client marks, and other materials may belong to their respective owners and may be displayed with permission or attribution. Nothing on this page transfers ownership of third-party rights to CO-DE-SIGN.
Permitted use
Visitors may browse and share links to the website for lawful purposes. Do not reproduce or commercially redistribute photographs, project documents, designs, or substantial site content without permission from the relevant rights holder. Contact us to request permission or report incorrect credit.
Accuracy and professional context
Portfolio text, renderings, conceptual material, and project illustrations are provided to describe work and process. They are not construction documents, engineering advice, or a substitute for a separately agreed professional service. Roles and authorship should be indicated per case study; a displayed project does not imply sole authorship or endorsement by a client.
Inquiries and client agreements
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a consultant–client relationship, create a contract, or guarantee availability. Paid engagements are subject to a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables, and other professional terms.
Third-party links and changes
Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience; their terms and privacy practices are their own. The website may be updated, corrected, or temporarily unavailable. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted under applicable law.
Questions
For correction, permissions, or content questions, please use the contact inquiry page. These preliminary terms should be reviewed against the actual business structure before publication.
