Who operates this website

CO-DE-SIGN is an independent creative and technical practice based in the Philippines. This notice concerns the CO-DE-SIGN website and project inquiries. The person or legal entity responsible for personal information and the contact details must be confirmed before this notice is published.

What information may be handled

Browsing a static website does not require you to create an account. The hosting and security providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser and request details. If you choose to contact us by email, your email service and ours will process the name, reply address, and project details you send. If you use the contact page, your draft stays in your browser until you choose to open your email app and send it; this static website has no submission backend.

Please do not send confidential client drawings, identification documents, or sensitive project records in your first inquiry.

Why and on what basis

Information you choose to send is used to evaluate a project inquiry, communicate with you, clarify requirements, and potentially prepare a proposal. Depending on the circumstances, processing may rely on steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests, consent where applicable, or legal obligations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. This is not a newsletter signup and inquiries are not used for automated marketing without a separate lawful basis.

Tools and recipients

Cloudflare provides the website delivery and security infrastructure. Google Fonts is loaded from Google servers in this preview; visiting may involve requests to that provider. When you send an inquiry, the email providers used by you and the practice process the correspondence. Additional vendors, analytics tools, social embeds or advertising pixels should be disclosed here if added in the future.

Current packaged prototype: no analytics beacon, ad pixel, account tracking, database, or form submission service has been implemented. Hosting-layer cookies and security processing depend on the deployed Cloudflare configuration.

Retention and safeguards

Inquiry information should only be kept as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting engagement, comply with applicable duties or resolve disputes. We will periodically review and delete material no longer needed. The exact retention periods must be set against the actual business workflow before publication.

Pre-launch decision required: specify the retention period for unanswered inquiries and any separate retention required for client contracts.

Under applicable Philippine data-protection law, you may have rights to be informed, access personal data, object, correct, request erasure or blocking, data portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
